1) Instore Pickup:
Orders may be placed on online on website, Customer can choose pick from “In Store” option to collect the ordered products from store. After successful payment, “In store” pick up order id will be generated. Customer can pick their products from store located in below address mentioning this order id. No charges will be levied for this mode of delivery.

Maximum Waiting Time: 7days
Order product will be retained for 7days without any notification from customer. After that delivery is subjected to availability of stock.
2) Parcel Booking:
Orders may be placed on online on website, Customer can choose “Parcel Booking” option to collect the ordered products from Parcel booking center.
Customer can give three most convenient parcel service providers name and location for better delivery.
After successful payment in online, order Id will be generated. Respective products will be booked in parcel service on to pay basis(Customer has to pay and collect the products at parcel office) . After booking SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number with booking reference from parcel booking center. Customer can track the package using your booking reference and collect the package at parcel center. Customer has to pay the package. If there ia a problem in receiving your items from parcel office you can mail the same to us in hikhloroz@gmail.com mentioning your order id. “Khloroz” will not be responsible for any damage in products while in transit.
In case of SMS not received from parcel booking center, Customer can write to hikhloroz@gmail.comreferring order id and payment reference within 36 hours of order.
To pay Charges, within Tamilnadu will be approximately INR 150 flat.Subjected to location and weight.
3) HOMEDELIVERY
HomeDeliveryorderscanbeplacedonwebsiteonly.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders placed on Saturday after 2.30 pm will be shipped on the following Monday. Delivery time will vary according to thelocation of customers. The average time for delivery isbetween2–7 days.
